»LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Once orders are shipped to customers home, Image Builders Marketing is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  If you would like a required signature for delivery, please contact us the same day the order was placed so we can apply it before we ship the order.  If your order was lost or stolen, you may contact our carriers:

USPS Customer Service – 1-800-332-0317, or file a claim online HERE.

»EXCHANGES: There is a $10.95-$13.95 shipping and handling fee on all exchanges. The card that was used to place the original order will automatically be charged this fee once exchanges have been processed and shipped out. By clicking “I agree to the terms of service”, you are agreeing to this charge.  If items are returned to us washed, worn or tags missing you will not be refunded your money and we can not process an exchange.

»FREE SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE: If you chose “Ship to School” option: Your orders ship to your school the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month and are available for pick-up at the school within 3 business days of shipping. ✦Orders ship the first and 1st and 3rd Friday of each month and must be placed by Wednesday at 8am to included in Friday’s shipment✦

Shipping Options
At check-out, you will have the following options:
1) Ship to School – Free Shipping
Orders will ship the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month and will be available for pick-up at the school
3 business days after shipping (day may vary based on school closing due to snow day, holiday,
etc.). Orders must be received by Wednesday at 8 a.m. to be included in the Friday shipment.
2) Ship to Home – Shipping Fees Will Apply
Orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. You will be charged shipping for this option.
